As a Member of Safe Work Australia (the tripartite organisation overseeing the development of the Model WHS Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice), Ai Group has an in-depth understanding of the laws that will come into effect on 1 January 2012. Whilst much of the focus to date has been on implementation of the Act, the second half of 2011 will fi nd organisations dealing with the detail of the Regulations and Codes of Practice. Tracey will provide an overview of the key areas covered by the Regulations and Codes of Practice that organisations will need to address prior the end of this calendar year.
